 Sakurai Ryoko
Sakurai Ryoko is the woman in charge at Tokyo Kissho Academy. She's not exactly a Principal since it is a private school, but more like a 'Chairlady'. She is the reason that Onizuka is allowed to teach at the school and get away with his antics. Ryoko believes Onizuka is truly a great teacher who cares about his students, and she is usually the first one to back him. Had it not been for her, Uchiyamada would have gotten rid of Onizuka the first day.
 Uchiyamada Hiroshi
Uchiyamada is the head Dean at Tokyo Kissho Academy. He is almost always referred to as 'Kyoutou' (Head dean). He's a really uptight stereotypical old Japanese man. He's quite the pervert, and often molests women on trains and buses. He considers Onizuka to be his arch-enemy, as Onizuka has destroyed his beloved Cresta, (A Toyota car model not released in the U.S) either directly or indirectly multiple times. Not just that, but Onizuka's unorthodox teaching methods simply make his job harder. Kyoutou has quite a few domestic problems. He gets no respect from his family, not even his dog, and his wife may be having an affair.
Principal "Xaviar"
 I don’t know if his real name ever comes up but Onizuka has christened him "Xaviar" b/c that’s who he looks like; He looks a little too much like Uchiyamada, which confused me the first time I read through the manga he also acts a lot like Uchiyamada, too (only maybe a little more calm).
 She is appointed as principal of the school in "Xaviar"’s place as part of a conspiracy to minimize the Commissioner’s power and to make Onizuka leave the school. Despite her young age of 34, she is very authoritative. She has her own complex reason for hating the Commissioner, too, and has created her own force of "Angels" to do her bidding.
Kouichi Igarashi
Only appearance: Anime ONLY Volume 10-Lesson 42 & 43.

The last person to give Onizuka (and Holy Forest Academy) trouble by the time the anime ends. He wants things to go in a certain way, even if if it's not the right thing... Helped one Noburu Saito...

 Hidero Ohsawa
Another student teacher at Musahi-No-Kita High School where Eikichi does his student teaching. Very handsome and cool, Hidero meets Ekichi the first day and he tells him that this is his third time student teaching. It seems that he fails every time because he messes around with the young female students. Ekichi, of course, wants to know all his secrets for getting the girls. By the end of the first day, Hidero and the other student teachers offer their own views of teaching. Hidero encourages them not to get too involved with their students, that they should just show up and collect their pay when they become teachers. Be the end of student teaching all the student teachers have changed their attitude towards teaching and Hidero has been expelled for being caught, again, with another young female student.
Sakurai Tadashi[in the anime, he's "Sakurada"]

Teshigawara Suguru
 The math teacher. He has an unhealthy obsession for Fuyutsuki O_o. He gets so far off the deep end that he actually wall-papers his apartment with pictures of Fuyutsuki, makes merchandise out of her pictures, sets up spy equipment to listen in on her phone calls and peep in on her, and
Kochatani Hiroshi
 AGE: 38. Currently seeking a wife.
The science teacher. He is often called "Chihuahua".
Fukuroda Hajime
 AGE: 32, single.
HOBBY: body building.
SPECIALTY: Using his body.
FAVORITE FOOD: anything that’s healthy.
HOW HE SPENDS HIS SPARE TIME: jogging, stretching.
The P.E. teacher. He has a sort of rivalry with Onizuka that is quite funny and stuff.
Moritaka Naoko
 HOBBY: Drawing blood.
MEASUREMENTS: Se-cr-et.
The school nurse. She often provides counciling for Onizuka and Fuyutsuki and says some deep and meaningful lines, but they wanted to make Fuyutsuki’s role bigger in the anime, so they got rid of Nurse Moritaka and had Fuyutsuki do most of the counciling and say most of her lines. They do bring her character into the anime in the middle of it, but she’s different. (the only thing that’s really the same is the name.)
Miss Fujimori
Only appearance: Anime>Volume 4-Lessons 18 & 19, Manga>Volume 8-Lessons 62 & 63
Age (per Kikuchi's reasoning in the anime): 26 or 27
According to the manga, Miss Fujimori started becoming Urumi Kanzaki's teacher when she entered the fifth grade (she had also been a teacher for one Tomoko Nomura). She had just started teaching when Urumi came to class. Because of Urumi's high HQ, special care had to be taken! When Kanzaki started to act bored in class, Miss Fujimori took it upon herself to try to make it more exciting for her... by attempting to teach her things at a higher level. Unfortunately things got too out of hand... as a incident in class would change Kanzaki forever. This involved the 'secret.' The anime version was a bit more elaborate right away (due to its length) about the events relating to Kanzaki's past (also involving Miss Fujimori), plus she 'existed' longer than her manga version. It wouldn't be for several years until Miss Fujimori, Tomoko, and Kanzaki would meet again (Manga Volume 8, Anime Volume 4)... in the same place... but with a sad result...
